As the trial begins it seems unreal that this is the way things have turned out for Chrisite. She has such a strong will, I suppose I thought she would return some how and this nightmare would be over. I am not sure what to say except that as I look through the photos of Christie and her family and friends, I am reminded of her infectious laughter, her silly sayings and her beautiful smile. I am so sad that she was exposed to such a horrifc man, but I am so thankful that she will finally get her day in court. I hope Pat & Debbie know how I think about her and their family everyday and I wish them the best.

Pat & Debbie, We apologize that it has taken us so long to enter your beautiful website. For some reason, it was hard to do. Since you are our friends and neighbors, we have been very lucky to see you often. Therefore, we hope you know how often we are praying (every day, many times a day) for you and your family. Patricia (at Victoria's)is doing the same. We have enjoyed our special dinners (and rounds of golf, Pat)and hope they helped you a little bit. I know they meant the world to us and the ones in the future will also. I have been given the ok from my boss to attend the trial when you testify, Debbie. If that is still what you want, please inform me of the date once you know. No matter what, though, I know you will do perfect just because you are you. In the meantime, know our prayers and thoughts are with all of your family, especially during the trial period. That will never stop. God bless you all. We love you, Dee & Carol

I just heard about the case from my sister, who is still in the area. I went to Steinbeck & Gunderson with Christie and am shocked about the news. I know there is nothing I can say that will alleviate the suffering the family is going through, but please know that my thoughts, prayers, and love are standing beside you all. God bless!

Just breaks my heart to read of your daughter. I pray for her safe return and that your hearts will heal. God bless this family nad bring help bring them the information they need to find their daughter for we know through you all things are possible. Father God, I ask you to hear this families cry. I ask you to deliver them from this torment, heart break and pain. Surround them with your love and comfort. Provide them with the strength they need to get thru each day and each night. Provide them with sleep and peaceful rest for their bodies - so they may continue on in their search. May you surround them by friends and loved ones to help hold them up during this time. Guide them and direct their path each and everyday. I ask that you bring them closure and answers and most of all - I ask Father that you bring Christie home to them. Have mercy Father God, on this family and bring them relief and forever more, keep your eye on Christie. May you convict the heart of the suspect responsible and convince him to bring Christie home to her family - no matter what the situation is. Father God place your hand on this family, keep them under your protection and enable them to maintain their strength as they endure the upcoming trial. Please bring comfort and rest to the family. I ask this in Jesus most precious name. Amen...
